The Left Coast Crime Gala Dinner will be held on Saturday evening.

International Thriller WritersINTERNATIONAL THRILLER WRITERS
The Left Coast Crime organisers are pleased to announce that they will be collaborating on a number of Thriller orientated panels with the International Thriller Writers (ITW). At Left Coast Crime 16, the ITW will also be announcing the first ever shortlist of their newly created awards: The Thrillers.

(The winners will be announced at the ITW convention Thriller Fest, June
29 - July 2 2006, Arizona Biltmore, Phoenix, USA.)

WatershedWATERSHED FILM NOIR PROGRAMME
Watershed, Britain’s premier media centre, is located next to the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel. To celebrate the arrival of Left Coast Crime in Bristol, Watershed is presenting a programme of films and discussions around the work of hard-boiled fiction writer James M. Cain in the lead-up to the convention. Delegates arriving a few days before the convention are encouraged to attend these rare cinema screenings.
